Please read these terms carefully before using TrueNotification. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TrueNotification ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TrueNotification is a parental monitoring application that allows parents and guardians to monitor their children's mobile device activity, including notification logs, screen time, app usage, call logs, and SMS data. The App requires installation on both the parent's and child's device.

3. Eligibility & Lawful Use

You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account. You may only use TrueNotification to monitor devices that you own or have explicit legal authority to monitor. Unauthorized monitoring of another person's device without their knowledge (where required by law) is strictly prohibited and may be illegal.

TrueNotification is intended for:

  • Parents monitoring their minor children's devices
  • Legal guardians with custody rights
  • Device owners monitoring their own devices

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscription & Billing

TrueNotification offers free and premium subscription plans. Premium subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.

6. Prohibited Uses

  • Using the App to monitor adults without their explicit consent
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the App's source code
  • Using the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized persons
  • Circumventing any technical measures we implement

7. Intellectual Property

TrueNotification and all associated software, logos, trademarks, and content are the exclusive property of TrueNotification and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUENOTIFICATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
